Education: MA International Security Studies, University of Bradford (2003), MA International Law and Politics, University Pierre Mendes France (2002).

Emmanuelle Diehl’s experience as a freelance consultant for private companies, NGOs, international organisations and think tanks has strengthened her expertise in Middle Eastern geopolitical and regional dynamics, as well as her proficiency in project design and project monitoring and evaluation.

As SELA Advisory Group’s managing director and partner, Emmanuelle has developed and implemented operational management models for SELA’s headquarters, virtual offices and office in Cairo. She has a sound understanding of different work ethics and has acquired strong management and business development skills that are both applicable to international development projects as well as to private sector schemes. As SELA’s consultants, Emmanuelle carried out varied missions, ranging from M&E to policy analysis, strategic conceptual papers, market researches as well as training workshops. Emmanuelle draws from both the public and private sectors’ best practices to support SELA Advisory Group’s projects with creative and sustainable solutions.

 
Name: Olga Ege

Nationality: Danish

Education: MA in International Development Studies, Roskilde University (2005), BA in History, Roskilde University (2002).

Olga Ege is a consultant and partner. She is specialised in the humanitarian and development sector and draws on experiences from her positions with private consultancies and NGOs working within the areas of human rights, capacity building, civil society, and governance. Through varied assignments, Olga has gained solid knowledge and understanding working with organisations in both Africa and the Middle East within areas such as; internally displaced persons (IDP), women-in-war, minorities in post-conflict societies, youth, and sport & development.
Olga has worked as consultant and team leader on a number of different assignments and hence gained practical experiences carrying out reviews and evaluations as well as facilitated working groups and seminars.
 
Name: Stine Lehmann-Larsen (on sabbatical)

Nationality: Danish

Education: MA in Conflict Resolution, University of Bradford (2004), MA in International Development Studies, Roskilde University (2007), BA in International Development Studies, Roskilde University (2002).

Stine Lehmann-Larsen draws on extensive experience in the field of conflict prevention, management and resolution from a variety of positions with NGOs, research institutes and Danish governmental agencies. In her current position, Stine is supporting various dialogue and mediation efforts in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Through this role she is engaged in both high-profile peace negotiations as well as in building mediation capacity in regional and civil society organisations. In her work supporting the wider mediation community, Stine places a specific emphasis on the inclusion of civil society and women’s groups, as well as ensuring the sustainability of peace.
